It helps me see beyond habits and conditioning to my true nature: the joy of contributing and the awareness of our shared interdependence." For over twenty years, I have worked in public service, learning that the quality of human connection is essential to lasting cooperation. Over time, I noticed how tension, misunderstandings, and relational fatigue can affect even the most dedicated professionals. This awareness—and a desire to foster more supportive environments—led me to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). NVC is not just a method or a communication tool—it is a path to reconnect with ourselves and others, to live with greater awareness, authenticity, and responsibility. It invites us to go beyond automatic reactions and return to what truly matters: our needs, feelings, and the living relationships that connect us. In my trainings, I use experiential learning grounded in real-life situations. This approach helps participants understand, feel, and practice NVC in ways that truly transform their personal and professional relationships. I work primarily with those who serve others—healthcare workers, social workers, educators, and public service professionals—supporting them in managing emotional demands and finding meaning in their work. I also support couples and parents, believing that healthy family relationships are a foundation for broader social change. Empowerment is central to my approach. NVC encourages us to recognize our own agency and make choices from awareness rather than reaction. This fosters freer, clearer, and fairer relationships with ourselves and others. Through my workshops and trainings, I aim to strengthen cooperation, create spaces where voices are heard, and turn diversity of perspectives into a source of strength. Beyond professional settings, NVC supports a broader vision—connecting humans to life, relationships to awareness, and individual responsibility to collective transformation. Teaching NVC is my way of helping people build authentic, supportive relationships and contributing to a more conscious, compassionate society. Each session is an invitation to listen, express, choose, and cooperate differently—a space where transformation begins. > “Having come from public service myself, I take great joy in sharing NVC with those whose work is about service and care. Supporting caregivers and professionals, helping them connect with themselves so they can give to others from a place of peace and joy, is deeply rewarding. That’s why I mainly work with healthcare workers, caregivers, educators, and social workers.
