"NVC makes my life more wonderful. I would like to help other make their lives more wonderful and make this world more wonderful."

My journey with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) began in 2008 during a corporate training session in France. I was deeply moved by this simple yet powerful approach, which fosters understanding and collaboration across ethnic, cultural, gender, social, and generational divides. Since then, I have continued to study and practice NVC, first in France and, for the past eight years, in Shanghai.

As a long-term practitioner and advocate, I have personally experienced how this transformative method enriches life. Thanks to NVC, both my personal well-being and my professional leadership in multicultural settings have grown significantly. I am passionate about sharing the life-changing NVC principles and strive to inspire greater happiness and harmony in those around me.

Working in cooperate with over 25 years of cross-cultural management experience, my vision is to integrate NVC into the workplace and help create truly "good place to work" where people thrive. Being a mother of two bicultural children has also taught me how to apply NVC to navigate cultural differences and generational gaps with empathy and clarity.

Based in Shanghai, I now offer NVC training and coaching sessions in Mandarin, English, and French.
