After having spent many years as a teacher and educational advisor in the field of education and pursuing my studies to the level of a PhD (in Religious Studies), I am now seeking to support people in finding greater authenticity, empowerment, and compassionate inner dialogue.

I do this through my professional activities: focusing on the body (massage therapy, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, TRE); focusing on the soul (training workshops in NVC, support in helping relationships inspired by NVC and Relational Intelligence); and fostering unity with the spirit (guiding meditations, etc.). I also co-facilitate monthly workshops that combine these three important dimensions for me, in a bucolic setting in the Eastern Townships (Quebec).

I enjoy offering introductory and practice workshops in NVC in a variety of settings, such as with non-profit organizations whose users are blind or within a university context. If you would like to know more, feel free to contact me.

Après avoir longtemps été enseignante et conseillère pédagogique dans le milieu de l'éducation et avoir poussé mes études jusqu'à un doctorat (en sciences des religions), je recherche maintenant à accompagner des personnes vers plus d'authenticité, d'empuissancement et de dialogue intérieur bienveillant.

Je le fais au travers de mes activités professionnelles : autour du corps (massothérapie, Tension and Trauma Releasing exercises, TRE); autour de l'âme (ateliers de formation en CNV; accompagnement en relation d'aide inspiré de la CNV et de l'intelligence Relationnelle); et vers l'unité avec l'esprit (guidance de méditations,..). Je co-anime ainsi des ateliers mensuels alliant ces trois dimensions importantes pour moi, dans un cadre bucolique, dans les Cantons-de-l'Est (Québec).

J'apprécie de donner des ateliers d'introduction et de pratique en CNV dans des milieux variés, par exemple auprès d'organisations à but non lucratif dont les usagers sont des personnes aveugles ou dans le contexte universitaire.
