I have been engaged in the development of consciousness since 2007, and I have been delivering trainings since 2011. I work as a therapist and facilitate trainings, courses, and workshops, as well as organize conferences and personal development festivals.

My mission is to support the growth of awareness and to contribute to social change.

I host the podcast *“Zadurski Mówi,”* where I inspire others and share my knowledge and experience. I also speak at personal development events, such as TEDx Gdynia, as well as conferences and development festivals.

Rozwojem świadomości zajmuje się od 2007 roku, a od 2011 roku prowadzę szkolenia. Zajmuje się terapią, prowadzę szkolenia, kursy oraz warsztaty, a także organizuję konferencje i festiwale rozwojowe.

Moją misją jest wspieranie w rozwoju świadomości i tworzenie zmian społecznych.

Nagrywam podcast "Zadurski Mówi" w którym inspiruję oraz dzielę się swoją wiedzą i doświadczeniem, występuję na wydarzeniach rozwojowych (np. TEDx Gdynia, konferencje i festiwale rozwojowe).
