A dream: What if we were all able to listen to others, even if we don't agree with them? What if we were eager to discover their reality, their history, eager to enrich ourselves through dialogue and empathy? Also able to express ourselves, to powerfully express our aspirations while remaining connected to others, daring to speak while taking into account each person's vulnerability? Nonviolent Communication allows this, or allows us to move towards this, as often as possible. Training and practicing NVC is for me a magnificent way to bring to life this very strong phrase from Gandhi ***"Be the change you wish to see in the world!"*** So, I have been training and practicing for a dozen years, and I teach to various audiences, private or professional, often in the associative world and healthcare environments, as well as in companies. On the program: ***"Communicate better to cooperate better."*** **NVC** is a response to Quality of Life at Work, often recommended after an audit on RPS and QVT, it is also and above all **an excellent means of prevention** . There are about a hundred of us trainers in France certified by the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), and I am a member of the COOP CNV, a cooperative of trainers who have chosen to come together to experience what they transmit: cooperation within their own company. The [Coop CNV](https://catalogue.lacoopcnv.com/formateur/31/anne-marie-tandetnik) is a Qualiopi certified training organization. # Trainer's primary language Aujourd’hui plus que jamais je ressens **le besoin d’empathie**. Un rêve : Et si nous étions toutes et tous capables d’écouter l’autre, même si nous ne sommes pas d’accord avec lui/elle ? si nous étions gourmands de découvrir sa réalité, son histoire, gourmands de nous enrichir par le dialogue et l’empathie ? Capables aussi de nous exprimer, d’exprimer puissamment nos aspirations en restant en lien avec l’autre, oser dire en tenant compte de la vulnérabilité de chacun chacune ? La Communication NonViolente permet cela, ou nous permet de tendre vers cela, le plus souvent possible. Se former et pratiquer la CNV est pour moi un magnifique moyen de rendre vivante cette phrase très forte de Gandhi ***« Soyez le changement que vous voulez voir dans le monde ! »*** Ainsi, je me forme et je pratique depuis une douzaine d’années, et je transmets auprès de divers publics, privés ou professionnels, souvent dans le monde associatif et les milieux du soin, ainsi qu’en entreprises. Au programme : ***« Mieux communiquer pour mieux coopérer »***. **La CNV** est une réponse à la Qualité de Vie au Travail, souvent conseillée après un audit sur les RPS et la QVT, c’est aussi et surtout **un excellent moyen de prévention**. Nous sommes une centaine de formateurs en France certifiés par le Centre pour la Communication NonViolente (CNVC), et je suis membre de la COOP CNV, coopérative de formateurs qui ont choisi de se réunir pour vivre ce qu’ils transmettent : la coopération au sein de leur propre entreprise.
