With a scientific background, I have worked for more than 20 years in the industry and I was lucky enough to be trained in NonViolent Communication within my company. This training began a transformation in my life that continues today. Continuing my professional activity in the industry, in parallel with that of a trainer, I have experience of transmission and issues within the business world.

Mother of four children, I also had multiple opportunities at home to practice and progress thanks to them, by testing my ability to stay connected to my kindness and my intention to listen to what they lived. And this is also why I am keen to help raise awareness of the impact of our actions and our words, particularly in the family and education.
The preservation of nature and our planet is also a subject that drives me, and I would like to combine CNV and ecology in my future projects.

I particularly appreciate training for all audiences and I prioritize experimentation of the process by the participants as much as possible. I also have a lot of joy leading discovery workshops and practice groups in Yvelines and Rouen. Member of the CNV Coop, Nonviolent Communication Training Organization, datadocked, Qualiopi certified. My training is eligible for Continuing Professional Training.

De formation scientifique, je travaille depuis plus de 20 ans dans l’industrie et j’ai eu la chance d’être formée à la Communication NonViolente au sein de mon entreprise. Cette formation a amorcé une transformation dans ma vie qui se continue encore aujourd’hui. Continuant mon activité professionnelle dans l’industrie, en parallèle de celle de formatrice, j’ai l’expérience de la transmission et des enjeux au sein du monde de l’entreprise.

Maman de quatre enfants, j’ai également eu à la maison, de multiples occasions de pratiquer et progresser grâce à eux, en testant ma capacité à rester connectée à ma bienveillance et à mon intention d’être à l’écoute de ce qu’ils vivaient. Et c’est aussi pourquoi j’ai à cœur d’aider à une prise de conscience de l’impact de nos actes et nos paroles en particulier dans la famille et l’éducation.
La préservation de la nature et de notre planète est également pour moi un sujet qui m’anime, et j’aimerai allier CNV et écologie dans mes futurs projets

J’apprécie tout particulièrement les formations tout public et j’y privilégie au maximum l’expérimentation du processus par les participants. J’ai également beaucoup de joie à animer des ateliers découverte et groupes de pratiques dans les Yvelines et sur Rouen. Membre de la Coop CNV, Organisme de Formation en Communication NonViolente, datadocké, certifié Qualiopi, mes formations sont éligibles à la Formation Professionnelle Continue.
