 Hi, I’m Anna, a mum of three, parenting and communication coach, lecturer, researcher, and Nonviolent Communication trainer. I work with parents, families (with or without children), organizations, and communities to bring more connection into their daily lives. My mission is to help parents create healthy relationships with their children and themselves, and parent in a way that brings more joy and connection.

I do that by offering coaching sessions, consultations, and workshops for parents, teachers, and caregivers. My unique skill is to combine the science of child development with my Nonviolent Communication skills and coaching experience. I support parents in finding practical approaches to intentionally connect with their children and move away from unhelpful beliefs, behaviours, and thoughts.

My work as a researcher and lecturer in Early Childhood Education and child development underpins all my consultations and trainings for parents and teachers. My understanding of and work with parents are based on NVC, the relational-developmental psychology of Dr. Gordon Neufeld, and the respectful pedagogy of Dr. Emmi Pikler.

I dream of a world where we raise our next generations in line with our hearts, values, and their needs. I support parents in finding ways of being that bring less drama and more joy and ease, and work with all kinds of families (with or without children) who long to find ways of communicating that offer them ease, joy, and connection. I have worked with schools, Early Childhood Centres, community organizations working with young people, and NGOs supporting families.
