Trained as an engineer, **Anissa Vermeil de Conchard** worked for more than fifteen years in international digital services companies, ending her career as project director with teams of more than eighty people. During that time she developed solid skills in management and coaching, developing a deep appetite for human relations. “My deep conviction that has always paid off,” she says. “Happy employees contribute to better performing companies.”

Toward that goal, she took training in personal development and management, deepening her knowledge and desire to transmit. She discovered Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2002. Since then, she has provided NVC training to companies and leads seminars on related topics. She is a certified bilingual French-English coach, specializing in individual support for managers, team-building, and support for organizations on business strategy and change of management.

Ingénieure de formation, **Anissa Vermeil de Conchard** a travaillé plus de quinze ans dans des sociétés internationales de services numériques, terminant sa carrière comme directrice de projet auprès d’équipes de plus de quatre-vingt personnes. Durant cette période, elle a développé de solides compétences en management et en coaching, développant un profond appétit pour les relations humaines. « Ma conviction profonde qui a toujours porté ses fruits, confie-t-elle. Dans ce but, elle a suivi des formations en développement personnel et en management, approfondissant ses connaissances et son envie de transmettre.
