The illusion of separation and the scarcity mentality has created enough havoc in the world - I think these are urgent times and I see NVC as the magical thread that can stich together the world that seems to be falling apart.." I have been working as a psychotherapist, leadership coach, and transformation facilitator with a diverse and expansive range of people in various sectors across India, Singapore, the USA, the U.K., Thailand, and Poland. I am passionate about creating platforms of shared power, and promoting awareness of themes around power, rank, and privilege are central to my identity as an educator. Over the last 16 years, my work has been about acting as an impetus in unlocking the human potential. I believe that without passion, there can be no growth, and hence, I focus on facilitating change through inspiration and ignition of passion. My uniqueness is my ability to instantly connect with people and see the world through their frame of reference. I believe in looking for the best in people and working with their strengths. I have come to learn that every action, no matter how unproductive, is an attempt to meet a human need. Therefore, I focus on creating a platform for people to dive deeper and operate from a space of need awareness. My work as an NVC trainer is focused in the following areas: - Social change - Parenting - Conflict resolution - Coaching and psychotherapy - Leadership - Cultural change in organizations > “I offer individual as well as group psychotherapy and have more than 4,000 hours of experience in coaching and psychotherapy with people across sectors. I particularly enjoy facilitating experiential labs and long-term groups for tangible transformation.
