Being able to express myself, even with a trembling voice. Recognizing contractions in the body, with a tender heart. The wonder of finding myself in a group and feeling centered, in touch with my own personal power.
Going through suffering can help us let go of a certain sense of separation, which closes off the path to giving from the heart.
Nonviolent Communication is all of this for me. The journey towards certification helped me find my voice and feel safer in my body, together with realising the importance in growing within a community.
Much gratitude to my peer groups, my mentors Johannes, Luana, Fabio, Kirsten and many more, and to the several communities, more or less temporarily, that I belong to.
My wish is to treasure and cultivate this inner and outer attitude so as to be of service towards my neighbour.

#  Trainer's primary language

Riuscire ad esprimermi, anche con una voce tremante. Riconoscere le contrazioni nel corpo, con un cuore tenero. La meraviglia di ritrovarmi in un gruppo e sentirmi centrato, in contatto con il mio potere personale.
Attraversare la sofferenza può aiutarci a lasciar andare un certo senso di separazione, che chiude la strada al donare dal cuore.
La Comunicazione Nonviolenta è tutto questo per me. Il percorso verso la certificazione mi ha aiutato a trovare la mia voce e a sentirmi più al sicuro nel mio corpo, insieme al riconoscere l'importanza di crescere all'interno di una comunità.
Gratitudine ai miei gruppi tra pari, alle mie guide Johannes, Luana, Fabio, Kirsten e molte altre, e alle diverse comunità a cui, più o meno temporaneamente, appartengo.
Il mio desiderio è custodire e coltivare questa postura interiore ed esteriore, così da essere al servizio del mio prossimo.
