I am a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer and parent coach, certified by Jai Institute for parenting. My work isn’t about parenting strategies - it’s about how we relate to ourselves, to our children, and to the world around us. We achieve this by understanding the WHY behind children’s behaviours: their feelings, needs, and unique perspectives. I am also the creator of The Present Parent, a movement for those who believe parenting can be rooted in presence, not survival. Over time, I’ve witnessed how this paradigm shift transformed my relationship with my son, then my partnership, and eventually my work with parents. Since 2019, I’ve been guiding parents and teachers to face challenges with empathy, develop a vocabulary of needs, and build relationships grounded in trust, awareness, and mutual respect. 🫂 I support parents who want to: - break old patterns - understand their children’s emotions & needs (and their own) - create a home where everyone feels heard - build strong, secure relationships 🏫 I also stand by teachers & schools that want to: - build emotionally safe and respectful classrooms - increase conflict resolution and collaboration - create supportive, inclusive learning environments. - foster stronger relationships with students, colleagues, and parents 🌟 Whether through coaching, workshops, or talks, my mission is simple: I help families and educators shift from reactive patterns to compassionate, conscious communication—without guilt, shame, or power struggles.
