"“In the Tojolabal experience, listening is what makes ‘we’ possible. Without listening, there is no community, no coexistence, and no shared decision-making.” — Carlos Lenkersdorf, based on Tojolabal Maya teachings"

I work with individuals, teams, groups, communities, and organizations to create spaces where it is possible to pause, reflect with honesty, and transform the dynamics from which they operate, particularly in contexts of conflict, power, and complexity.

My work focuses on designing and facilitating processes and safe containers that allow people to name experiences that were previously implicit, develop shared language, and build the awareness needed to create meaningful and sustainable change. I integrate the individual, relational, and systemic dimensions of transformation, supporting processes that go beyond quick fixes or superficial solutions.

I am especially interested in accompanying people and organizations who wish to strengthen their collective capacity to collaborate, make decisions, and navigate tensions in ways that are more coherent with their values, more human, and more conscious of interdependence.

I believe that conflict, when held with care and awareness, can become an opportunity for growth, learning, and healing—not only at the personal level, but also within relationships and the systems we inhabit. From this perspective, my work supports the co-creation of more authentic, dignified, and life-affirming ways of working together.

My practice is oriented toward contexts where there is commitment, openness, shared responsibility, and explicit valuing of relational work, and where people are willing to dedicate time, presence, and resources to courageous processes of transformation.

I have collaborated with organizations across the public, private, and social sectors, primarily in Mexico, Latin America, and the United States, tailoring each process to the specific cultural, relational, and systemic context involved.
