Compassionate Communication

We practice in the tradition of Marshall Rosenberg's work, using a 2 hour format to cultivate presence, honesty, and empathy through the "four steps." We use a balance approach with "NVC" practices such as NVC book readings, discussion, written exercises, dyad practice and contemplative practices during our sessions. All are welcome regardless of level of experience.
