Sharing NVC is such a blessing in my life as it deeply supports my own well being, growth, consciousness and learning!  I spend my time in rural village near to Pokhara  , Nepal where now i am offering trainings and supporting practice groups.     Over the past few years, I have developed a passion for Forgiveness, positive thinking and motivation - i have been using these tools with myself to support inner healing and transformation. This inner work has brought greater self connection, presence and inner peace and I'm excited to move into sharing this transformative work with others.
