Jean-Philippe Bouchard, organizational development consultant since 1996, is currently President of Spiralis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montreal as well as a master’s degree in organizational development from Concordia University. He is a certified trainer from the Center for Nonviolent Communication and a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation. He is a student of the Diamond Approach at Ridhwan School (Toronto).
He specializes in developing leaders and improving the climate for work teams. His clientele consists of medium and large private and public organizations.
He has trained and coached dozens of managers at all levels in leadership, NonViolent Communication (NVC), prevention of psychological harassment, conflict management and performance of work teams. His educational approach, rigorous in explaining concepts, promotes in-depth work and encourages learning by doing.
His interventions with managers, teams and organizations are at the service of meaning, authenticity and creativity. As a facilitator, he aims to create a space for dialogue that allows the fundamental issues to emerge for all those involved. His philosophy: When people touch the heart of what is important to them, it is possible to move towards greater engagement, confidence and efficiency.
