I am eager to support management staff and their teams in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, university administrators and faculty, and spiritual leaders. My aim is to equip employees with skills for respectful and powerful conflict engagement and resolution, and to implement systems (conflict resolution, appreciation, restorative circles, etc.) that create an environment where workers thrive.
I offer facilitated dialogue and restorative circles for groups in conflict. I offer coaching that incorporates the Immunity to Change process with NVC learning.
My mission is to develop the Institute for Empowering Communication as a vehicle to share Compassionate Communication with management staff, mental health professionals, spiritual leaders, faith communities, individuals, schools, and organizations.
My vision is to help create a world where everyone's needs matter, to contribute to the joy of living and the reduction of suffering in the world. I want places of work to be life-giving, and faith communities to be generative and rich places for spiritual growth, healing and peace making.
