Hello! I'm passionate about sharing NVC to support personal growth, healing, and for organizational, structural, and environmental change. Whether you want individual coaching, couples counseling, family facilitation, or organizational trainings, I offer a free 20 minute video or phone consultation. Contact me if you would like a video conference, organizational training, or in person meeting. I live in the San Francisco bay area. I am trained in trauma-informed care and mindfulness and apply these to my work with individuals, couples, and families.

Mediation I have developed my own NVC "Facilitated Conversations" process when two people experience a disconnect. This process has been developed into a game called WeGROK for two. I am also experienced in Restorative Circles as taught by NVC Trainer Dominic Barter. This is a form of Restorative Justice that can be used when an action happens that breaks trust, safety, or connection.

Current Activities

In addition to my work with individuals, families, and organizations, I taught courses in mindfulness, NVC, and restorative justice at UC Santa Cruz from 2010-2020. I am a  volunteer with BayNVC Safer Communities bringing NVC to men incarcerated in San Quentin State Prison.

I was a guest on Your Parenting Mojo podcast with Jen Lumanian discussing peaceful parenting. You can listen here.

Along with CNVC trainer Jean Morrison, I have designed and created NVC games and teaching materials sold all over the world and translated into six languages. See
