To do si I particularly likes to contribute to support people who are in a helping relationship", ecology activists, nurses, social workers, teacher, etc...
I am also working at more systemic level to support school system to include more SEL into their curriculum.
I am convinced that every individual has the resources to transform conflicts into a source of enrichment, in a non-violent way. My passion is to enable each individual to have access to the social and emotional Learning (SEL) and support necessary to be able to manage conflicts fluidly, in order to create a culture of cooperation and individual and collective well-being where everyone's needs are taken into account.
NonViolent Communication is the most effective process I have found to date to respond to my deepest inspiration of a world where its inhabitants are at peace with themselves, others and nature.
