I have worked for 25 years in the software industry. I've learned that what leads to team efficiency mainly depends on the quality of interactions between people, and the joyful collaboration of everyone.
Passionate about authentic dialogue, I discovered NVC in 2002. My wife and I were searching for a means to take care of our family relationships. I'm certified trainer in NonViolent Communication since 2013.
I've been practicing sociocracy since 2006, one of the participative governance methods that help contribute to reinvent organizations.
I'm enthusiastic about Agile, and self-organization. I also practice Appreciative Inquiry, a change management process highly congruent with NVC.
Today I provides coaching, training and mediation to teams and individuals to help them improve their interactions, their ability to collaborate and to self-organize.
