This evening workshop will provide a taste of some key ideas that help make this practice so powerful. The format includes both conceptual material and experiential exercises.

Who This is For

This workshop is suitable for those with no prior exposure to Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also known as Compassionate Communication. It is also likely to have value to those familiar with NVC but who would enjoy an introduction to NVC from a fresh perspective.
