#   The Future of Leadership Is Needs-Led, Not Power-Led

A new [conceptual study](https://www.cnvc.org/learn/research/developing-a-theoretical-framework-for-implementing-nonviolent-communication-to-enhance-leadership-effectiveness-a-conceptual-study) is shining a **fresh light on how Nonviolent Communication can shape the future of ethical, empathetic leadership**.
