Take a little time to do something for yourself. I think you’ll find this series to be uplifting.
Elke and Shauna invite you to play with us.

We’re be exploring joy, creating inspiring personal spaces, gift giving (& appreciation), and giving feedback. It will be an opportunity to get clarity about what matters to you in these areas and to explore ways you can align your life more with what you want.

**When & Where**

8 x 1.5 hour sessions (2 sessions per topic)

Fridays, 10 am – 11:30 am California time (12:00 pm - 1:30 pm MT Edmonton, Alberta)

**Session Topics:**

Nov. 6 & 13: Joy

Nov. 20 & 27: Creating personal spaces that inspire

Dec. 4 & 11: Gift giving & appreciation

Dec. 18 & Jan. 1: Giving feedback

**Contribution Request:**

$120 - $195 CAD

$85-$135 USD (for all 8 sessions)
