Are you worried about the other person's reaction - will we get into an argument? Don't know how? Or are you worried that the other person will feel sad and hurt? Today we are going to practice saying no in a way that the other person can hear it. We are going to indicate our boundaries and we will also hear what could be underneath the other person's no. You will have the opportunity to practice with your own situation. So would you like to see how connecting communication can help you set boundaries? Or just delve deeper into and practice non-violent communication? Then join us!
