SAYIT is a 7-day Intensive Training in NVC.

With 9 trainers, we have space for up to 80 participants. An innovative daily flow, with morning intensives and a variety of workshops, will allow more continuity and still keep the choice to support your learning, deepening, and amazing experience. The core mission of the SAYIT retreat is to provide participants, and trainers with access to knowledge, exploration, experience, learning, and personal growth in a balanced and holistic way. It is grounded in NVC – Nonviolent Communication principles.

It will take place in this magical location in the heart of nature, at the feet of the Alps and close to the highest mountain in Slovenia. The location itself may additionally contribute to well-being and refreshing energy support.  

The daily flow is intensive, also supporting personal change and growth. You will be invited to deepen your NVC practice surrounded by like-minded people, supporting each other and co-creating a safe space for self-exploration.
