PRO is: - Preparation for Pre-Assessment and Assessment, aligned with CNVC criteria - A space to integrate professional clarity with embodied presence - Trauma-sensitive in pacing, language, and feedback - Focused on the trainer role, responsibility, and facilitation competence - An invitation to strengthen inner stability, confidence, and self-trust **Outcomes** You will leave the program with a clearer sense of where you are on the certification path and what your next steps might be. - Greater trust in your own competence as a trainer - Increased stability and presence when facilitating under observation - Clearer understanding of key distinctions and process facilitation - Greater awareness of your own strengths and learning edges - More clarity about your professional identity as an NVC trainer Our aim is that you will also feel more grounded and confident about approaching Pre-Assessment or Assessment, with a stronger sense of alignment between your inner attitude and your professional role. **What to Expect** An intimate, focused learning environment where you can practise, reflect, and receive meaningful feedback. The program combines short inputs with practical exercises, process work, and shared reflection. Throughout the six days, you are invited to explore both the professional and the inner dimensions of the trainer role. - A small group of approximately 16–20 participants - Live practice, including role plays and assessment-style simulations - Structured peer and trainer feedback - Opportunities for self-reflection and learning in pairs and small groups - Work with real situations brought by you Attention is also given to the conditions that support learning and stability. The program includes regular grounding practices, trauma-sensitive pacing, and an emphasis on self-empathy as a professional resource.
