Using "The Ongo Book 2.0: Everyday Nonviolence" to deepen understanding of both NVC and mindfulness.

Purpose: To meet together to accompany each other through the practices outlined each week in the Ongo 2.0 Book "I am invited to pause, I find my footing, I encounter the unknown inside" (p. XI)
Outcomes: Deeper connections to yourself and to your understanding of the power of NVC
Fee request: FREE, but each person needs "The Ongo Book 2.0: Everyday Nonviolence" by Catherine Cadden & Jesse Wiens
Format (one-time or recurring): Weekly 1.5-hour gathering September 24th-December 10th inclusive, 4:00-5:30 pm (16:00-17:30) mountain daylight time/changing to mountain standard time on November 11/12.
Type of activities: Group gatherings each Sunday evening, 16:00-17:30 mdt/mst, plus weekly 1-hour conversation with an Empathy Buddy (there will be 3 buddies over the 12-week series), plus solo practices recommended in the Ongo Book 2.0
