In this intermediate course, I draw on a process I learned from the late NVC Trainer Robert Gonzales — one that supports a deeper contemplation of human needs.

Through structured paired practice, participants explore needs not just as things to be met, but as living experiences — moving beyond surface-level seeking towards what Gonzales called yearning and longing. One person speaks while the other listens with full presence, and something quieter and more embodied becomes possible. It is a practice that tends to move people quite deeply.

This course is for those with prior NVC experience. Participants are expected to have completed an NVC Level 1 Foundation training (with a CNVC Certified Trainer) or to have equivalent NVC experience.

Two morning sessions, online via Zoom:
Saturday 18 September 2027, 9:30am – 1:15pm (UK/BST)
Sunday 19 September 2027, 9:30am – 1:15pm (UK/BST)

Sliding scale fees: £85 – £220.
