It is a crucible that provides learning opportunities for all, especially for the candidates, who deepen their self-connection, present their training skills and themselves as future Certified Trainers. Feedback from the participants and trainers is used by the candidates to sharpen their knowledge and skills. The M&A Programme is highly recommended for certification candidates, for those who are curious about the process and for those who wish to encourage and support the emergence of certified trainers in the region.
