Level 2A and 2B are interchangeable. They are suitable for participants who have already completed a basic course in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) of at least 24 hours. In this course, you will delve deeper into applying the principles of Nonviolent Communication. You will also gain a deeper understanding of all aspects of the communication model. Between sessions, you will practice skills with other participants and receive reading materials and homework.

**Course content**

Throughout the 8 sessions, we will work on self-compassion, refining empathy,feelings of anger, depression, shame and guilt among other things. We will have sessions on the following topics:

Group connection, refining empathy
Translating judgments into needs
Loving the Inner Critic
Transforming anger
The Educator/Chooser dance
Dealing with demand energy
Deepening contact in conflict
Empathy when triggered
Giving and receiving appreciation

This program offers you the opportunity to strengthen your Nonviolent Communication skills and develop a deeper understanding of the various aspects of this communication model.

**Payment**

I understand that each person's circumstances are unique. I believe in providing flexibility and ensuring that financial concerns do not prevent anyone from participating.

For an 8-session online course I offer a sliding scale between € 350 - € 700.
This is the price excluding 21% VAT. (People living outside Europe do not pay VAT)

**Format**

Groups are intimate with a maximum of 12 participants so there is ample opportunity to bring in your own situations during the sessions and to receive guidance and feedback from me. Sessions consists of exchanging empathy, sharing in the group, learning new material, observing and working with me on your cases and working in small groups.
