Level 2A is suitable for participants who have already completed a basic course in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with around 24 learning hours. In this course, you will delve deeper into applying the principles of Nonviolent Communication. You will also gain a deeper understanding of all aspects of the communication model. Between sessions, you will practice skills with other participants and receive reading materials and homework.

**Course content**

Throughout the 8 sessions, we will work on making NVC sound more natural, refining empathy, and practicing with yes’s and no’s, freedom, and togetherness. We will have sessions on the following topics:

-Unraveling your judgments
-Moving from complaint to creation
-The road to personal freedom
-Half yes’s and the yes behind the no
-Decision making based on needs
-Your compassionate no
-Deepening contact in conflict
-Beyond opinions in dialogue
-The beauty of needs
-Receiving appreciation

This program offers you the opportunity to strengthen your Nonviolent Communication skills and develop a deeper understanding of the various aspects of this communication model.

Groups are intimate with a maximum of 12 participants so there is ample opportunity to bring in your own situations during the sessions and to receive guidance and feedback from me. Sessions consists of exchanging empathy, sharing in the group, learning new material, observing and working with me on your cases and working in small group
