The journey into the consciousness and practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is an invitation to explore how social conditioning has shaped the ways we relate to ourselves, one another, and the world. This is an opportunity to liberate and reclaim our own freedom, aliveness, truth and power, while also learning to
support others in reclaiming these inherent aspects of being human.

Grow. Integrate. Apply.

**Our Purpose** is to learn, practice and embody Nonviolent Communication in how we live—individually and as a learning community. Through cultivating self-connection, presence, and integrity, we strengthen our capacity to facilitate, mediate, and collaborate in service of the whole of life. Within our human capacity, we carry this
consciousness wherever we go, into the world to inspire and support others into living nonviolently, contributing to a future where people trust their needs matter and collaboration guides how life unfolds.

**Year-long Program Components** February 4 - December 16 2027
\* Weekly online sessions Thursdays | 8:30–10:30am PT
\* 2 In-Person Retreats April 29 - May 2, 2027 & September 23 - 26 2027
\* Personal project (applying NVC in the world)
\* Movement towards certification (for candidates)
\* Structured feedback, coaching, role-plays
\* Peer support
\* Systems & agreements

**Who is this program for:**
\* NVC Certification candidates
\* CNVC Certified Trainers
\* Non-certified NVC trainers and leaders
\* NVC practitioners who want to step into leadership and share/apply NVC in the world
\* NVC practitioners who want to integrate and apply NVC in their own life (self, parenting, workplace, community)
