We will discuss the theory, but above all, we will work on practical exercises using everyday examples and recognizable situations. You will gain more insight into what the important drivers are for you that lie behind your behavior, observations and way of communicating, and which pitfalls cause conversations to take an unpleasant turn or ensure that you are not really seen or heard. The training is given by Boris Nauta and from 9 participants a second trainer, Gillian Engel, will join. So there is always intensive guidance. For those who have already followed an Introductory Training at Equanimity or elsewhere, there is the In-depth Training (see agenda). All Equanimity training courses take place in the Center for Awareness De Vrijman (Jan Vrijmanstraat 339) in Amsterdam (IJburg). Because we want to make the training courses accessible to as many people as possible, we use different price levels.
