In this workshop you will learn and practice simple ways to enhance how you engage with others and leave with a greater ability to connect with the people in your life. ​​

What if we could change something in the way we interact that could transform how we connect with others, making us and those around us happier? ​

We all struggle sometimes with a world that can feel isolating, overwhelming, or harsh. People don't seem to listen to each other and our social discourse feels polarized. Even in our families, it can feel hard sometimes to connect.

Discover how to leap over the barriers that can prevent authentic connection and can result in misunderstanding, defensiveness, or a distancing from one another. Learn a more effective approach to interacting with your family, your friends, and all those you encounter.
