Yes! We'll offer coaching on our interactive calls, and suggest daily homework to build your competence and confidence within yourself, with yourself, with others in your life.. 

We'll practice Role Plays...and Real Plays in our interactive time together = 3 hours each Friday (with a mid-way break). We'll experience the value and power of the 3 NVC Tools-Not-Rules, and the tips and tricks to create increasing ease and harmony.
