FROM CONFLICT TO CONNECTION
~ Engage Effectively with Personal, Relational & Group Tension
Struggling with navigating conflicts constructively?
… balancing your own needs with those of others during disagreements?
… expressing yourself without feeling misunderstood or frustrated?
Do you avoid difficult conversations out of fear of making things worse?
Or, notice them escalating into unproductive arguments or power struggles?
… fighting to be ‘right’ and repeating patterns of attack & defend; demand & rebel; anger & shame…
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by emotions in a conflict?
… tired of unresolved tensions?…stuck in the blame game?...when every word seems to be digging a deeper hole in your connection?
You’re not alone… Conflict is an inevitable part of our lives!
However, instead of viewing conflict as something to avoid or to win, it can be embraced as an opportunity for deeper understanding, trust and connection.
