**Welcome to my Introduction to Nonviolent Communication workshop!**

In this interactive 2 hour session, we’ll explore the fundamental principles of Nonviolent Communication together.

During the workshop, you’ll practice connecting with your own needs as well as discovering how to listen empathically to others, helping you to build deeper and more authentic connections.

Through practical exercises, I provide you with tools to address conflicts constructively and enrich your relationships. Whether you’re looking to improve communication in your personal life or be more effective at work or at school, you’re warmly invited to join us.
