Join me for a free Zoom preview of the upcoming three-week Refresh Your NVC series.

I invite you to bring your questions and, if you choose, a real-life situation you would like to explore. Through Q&A and a guided role-play, you could experience how the Refresher can support greater clarity, empathy, honesty, and connection when difficult moments arise.

The three-week series includes Nonviolent Communication and elements of The Withing Way™, my relational approach to practicing power-with ourselves and each other.

This is not an introduction to NVC. It is for you if you already have some familiarity with NVC and would like to renew, practice, and strengthen what you have already learned.
