Finding your voice — speaking your truth
as a road to more intimate connections, with NVC
A new course with First Gen NVCer and Veteran CNVC Certified Trainer Sylvia Haskvitz
If you´ve been practicing NVC for a while and still find it difficult or scary to speak your truth from your center, especially in certain relationships or communities, this course is for you!
First Gen NVCer and Veteran CNVC Certified Trainer Sylvia Haskvitz shares her 30+ year practice of NVC to support those of us who still struggle to find our voice despite identifying as NVC practitioners, whether our barriers to speak up originate in our cultural context, personality traits or personal history.
The course will focus on healing those internal barriers while empowering participants to speak their truth with confidence, through live pair and small group practice, role plays and self-exploration.
Join us for this series of four 90-min sessions, on October 8th, 22nd, November 5th and 19th, starting at 8 am Pacific, 9am Mountain, 10am Central, 11am Eastern time.
Suggested financial contribution for the series of 4 workshops: between $120 - $200. If money is keeping you from joining us, please contact Sylvia to find a strategy to meet both needs.
Participants are invited to join all 4 sessions live for a sense of continuity and community. Sessions will be recorded to enable further learning and understanding.
