At this 5 day training you will:

- learn and practice basics of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) including 4 steps model and basic differentiations
- raise awareness of own feelings and needs
- learn who to understand and use your emotions
- understand and practice empathy for others and yourself
- connect to what you really want and stand up for your needs
- develop dialogue competence as one of the key competencies for future
