Grounded in the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) paradigm developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, this 5-day immersion offers a dedicated space to bring peace into your inner life and embody it within a vibrant community. NVC will move off the page and into practice, giving you room to transform automatic communication habits, integrate core principles, and experience what happens when a group chooses to live compassionately together. ### Diverse learning Four trainers coming from very different contexts and backgrounds will bring you their own experience, a wide variety of real learning situations, and their own way of living NVC. They share it with you through: - Interactive exercises - Case studies - Personal stories - Together, they give you a multi-dimensional understanding of the NVC framework. Whether you're brand new to NVC or have years of practice, this training meets you where you are. ### You can gain 🌱 Tools to say what you really mean - without attacking or shutting down 🌱 More self-awareness of your own feelings and needs 🌱 Deeper empathy, even in hard conversations 🌱 Practical experience resolving conflict from the needs underneath it 🌱 And so much more skills you can quickly apply to your life ### Practicals 📍 Casa de Exercícios de Santo Inácio, Colares, (Sintra, 45 minutes from Lisbon), Portugal 🗓️ 17-22 June 2027 💶 Prices from €775, includes tuition, room and vegetarian meals 🌍 Teaching in English (Portuguese/Spanish support available on request) **👉 Pre-register now (free, no obligation) at** [www.nvcportugal.com](https://www.nvcportugal.com) - it's step 1 of 3, and puts you first in line when registration opens.
