LIMINAL SOMATICS · DAVID WEINSTOCK

Join me for a 16 week Foundation in embodying Nonviolent Communication, taught in English with live Chinese interpretation.

At its heart is the **Spiral Blend**, a somatic map of practices for grounding, recognizing familiar reactions, and reconnecting with what matters. Whether you are new to NVC or have practiced for years, we will build a foundation for lifelong learning and fulfilling relationships.

 **Begins February 13, 2027 · Saturday · 8 AM Beijing time**
