Build confidence in your authentic facilitation style
We are delighted to welcome Certified Trainer, Kathleen Macferran (USA) to Romania to lead this 3 day interactive workshop. 

This workshop will be an exploration, through practice, of facilitation skills that can help groups thrive. We will explore a broad range of topics to support effective, inclusive facilitation. We will look at:

facilitation styles we can draw from
our own preconceptions as facilitators about our roles
inner blocks or challenges that get in our way of facilitating effectively
how our own grounding and self-care can enliven groups.
All participants are welcome, whether you have a multi-year facilitation practice or are just beginning. Bring your own facilitation challenges to work with. We will be learning from each other while harvesting the wisdom and experience of all participants.

 The principles and practices in this workshop will come from, but are not limited to, the practices of Nonviolent Communication. Some familiarity of Nonviolent Communication is recommended.
