The Art of making requests:
Do you long to live a life aligned with your passions and values?

To deepen your relationships and go for your dreams?

Making requests is an art of living. It is the power that manifests your dreams.

We will explore:

❀ How to stand firmly for your Needs and assertively ask for what you really want

❀ How to connect with what is almost hidden, deep inside you

❀ How to express a NO (and stay in connection)

❀ How to hear a NO (and stay alive)

❀ What are the risks and payments of saying a ‘Half Yes’

❀ How to initiate and lead challenging dialogues

❀ How to stand for your need to matter

We will be practicing such skills as:

❀ The difference between a Request and a Demand

❀ Principles in making powerful requests that move things forward

❀ The 2 types – Dialogue Requests and Action Requests
