This intimate 6-month intimate mentoring program is designed for those ready to deeply embody Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in their lives and step into authentic leadership. Through intensive mentoring with Shari Elle and her highly experienced team, participants develop exceptional NVC skills and awareness, integrate NVC principles into daily life, and evolve as the next generation of leaders creating positive change. This is for those who want to live NVC with care, authenticity, and power in all relationships and potentially share this transformative work with others.
**Outcomes**
Participants will:
- Develop exceptional levels of NVC skills and awareness
- Integrate NVC intentions and practice into daily life
- Enhance abilities to teach NVC and offer one-on-one coaching sessions
- Support friends, family, and colleagues with NVC skills
- Evolve as part of a community of leaders creating positive change
- Accelerate integration of NVC awareness and reduce time toward certification (if desired)
- Step into authentic leadership in workplace or profession
**Activities Include**
- Deep exploration of NVC principles and paradigms
- Advanced practice sessions on authentic expression and empathic listening
- Leadership skills development
- Teaching and coaching preparation
- Peer learning and mutual support
- Personal integration exercises
- Real-world application scenarios
**Program Structure** The 6-month immersion includes:
- 2 In-Person/Online Retreats: One 4-day and one 3-day intensive training on the Sunshine Coast (with online option)
- Fortnightly Live Trainings: 2-hour Zoom sessions with Shari Elle and guest trainers
- Monthly Pod Meetings: Small group mentoring sessions (2 hours) with Shari
- Personal Mentoring: Direct access to Shari via text/email for individual support
- Practice Buddy System: Optional weekly/fortnightly practice sessions
- Private Signal Group: Community support and celebration platform
- Continuous feedback and guidance throughout the journey
**Program Dates**
- Commences: October 2, 2025
- Concludes: March 30, 2026
- Retreat One: October 2-5, 2025 (4 days, Sunshine Coast)
- Retreat Two: February 20-22, 2026 (3 days, Sunshine Coast)
- Fortnightly Zoom calls: Mondays 7-9pm AET throughout program
**Prerequisites**
Minimum of 2 days NVC training with a certified trainer prior to program commencement. Please discuss any concerns with Shari.
**Investment**
- Pay in Full: $7,998 AUD (approx $5,128 USD):
898 AUD deposit + $7,100 AUD balance (approx $576 USD deposit + $4,553 USD balance)
- Monthly Payment Plan: $8,998 AUD (approx $5,770 USD):
$898 AUD deposit + 6 monthly payments of $1,350 AUD (approx $576 USD deposit + 6 monthly payments of $866 USD)

**About the Facilitator** Shari Elle has been sharing NVC since 2001 and is a co-founder of NVC in Australia. Internationally Certified as a CNVC trainer since 2004, she studied extensively with Dr. Marshall Rosenberg and mentors upcoming NVC trainers. With over 23 years of experience, Shari thrives on creating human connection and understanding within families, workplaces, and communities while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
