Join in an inclusive, caring and accepting community for support, learning and growth as we navigate life in 2023. This class is open to all who identify as women, and is appropriate for all levels of NVC practice and skills.

I’ve heard from many women who share that they are struggling finding their equilibrium with so many things unknown, and so many demands on their time and energy. Other women share that they are doing ok, yet they feel something is missing in their lives, and they want to explore more self-connection, and more authentic connection with others. For some, the aftermath of the pandemic has led to loneliness and isolation, and others who are overwhelmed with not having any space or time for themselves. 

This NVC gathering is a warm and inviting space for all, no matter how you are showing up, where you can be held with compassion, inclusion and loving kindness while we explore what you value, how you want to show up, and how to bring more of what you want into your life. 

In this four week program we will explore, learn, practice and share:

• The Power of Self Compassion
• Releasing Shame and it’s Flip Side Contempt
• Enlivening Your Gratitude Practice
• Making Space for Self Acceptance and Loving Accountability
• How to Speak in Ways that are Easier for People to Hear, Without Taking on More Burden
• Self Regulation Tools to Reduce Anxiety, Triggers and Distress
• And other ways NVC can bring more peace, joy and ease into your life.

When you register, you will receive a copy of my E-book Intro to NVC and before the program starts you will receive a packet of info and worksheets. Come away from each meeting with practical tools and pro-tips that you can use right away to boost your self-connection and self-acceptance, and build confidence in being your full, authentic self.

How it works

We will meet on Zoom and you will receive a packet of worksheets and other information along with our weekly meetings.

COST: $100 before midnight Sept. 10, 2023 $135 after midnight Sept. 10, 2023 (please reach out if financial demands prevents you from joining- there are scholarships available.

LOCATION: We will meet weekly on Zoom and sessions will be recorded if you miss a gathering.
