This isn't just another workshop—it's a life-changing immersion that transforms who you are at the core level. **What Makes This Different** In 4 powerful days, you'll experience NVC as a lived consciousness, not just concepts. Surrounded by a safe, trusting community, you'll practice, embody, and integrate these life-enriching principles into your very being. **The Three Transformational Focuses** *1. CREATE AN ENRICHING RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF* Gain clarity on what's truly "alive" for you—your needs and deepest values. Honor yourself in every situation from a place of fullness and inner worth. *2. CREATE ENRICHING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS* Communicate with clarity and love in ways that honor everyone. Learn to joyfully hear "No" and deeply understand others, even when triggered. *3. EMBODY NVC SKILLS & PRACTICES* Move beyond surface learning to cellular-level integration. Develop confidence to use NVC in any situation. **Key Benefits You'll Experience** - Confidence in asking for what you really want - Richer, more authentic relationships - The ability to say 'no' with ease—no matter who's asking - Freedom from taking others' judgments personally - A quieter, more peaceful inner voice - Greater ease with emotions—yours and others' - Tools to raise children into wonderful humans **What Participants Say** "This has been the most enriching program I have experienced and I recommend it to everyone who is willing and prepared to live truthfully, honestly and authentically and wishes to connect empathically with themselves and others they care about." — Lynette Howearth, Participant **Your Facilitator: Shari Elle** Shari Elle has been sharing NVC since 2001 and is a co-founder of NVC in Australia.
