Passionate about human relationships and the development of consciousness, I found my greatest source of support, inspiration, and personal transformation through Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
With a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, I spent several years working with diverse populations, supporting individuals in enhancing their autonomy and overall well-being. Over time, the birth of my children, combined with discovering NVC, profoundly transformed the way I relate to life. It led me to question how I parent, how I connect with others, and the deeper meaning of my contribution in the world. I found a path deeply aligned with who I am through the transformative power of empathy, authentic communication, and meaningful human connection.
Today, my work focuses primarily on supporting parents through a conscious, compassionate, and child-centered approach. As a Positive Parenting educator and having completed the Peer Parenting Leadership Program through the CNVC, I deeply believe that welcoming emotions, listening to underlying needs, nurturing secure attachment, and cultivating empathic presence are the foundations of a child's healthy development. I also see these principles as essential to breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma and ending ordinary, often unconscious, forms of educational violence that are passed from one generation to the next despite the best of intentions.
Through trainings and workshops, I also support teams, organizations, and community groups in developing relational skills that foster collaboration, mutual understanding, cooperation, and constructive conflict resolution.
As a Relationship Therapist, I offer a supportive space where individuals, parents, and couples can cultivate more conscious, authentic, and fulfilling relationships—with themselves and with others. My work is grounded primarily in NVC and Relational Intelligence®, supporting personal growth, relational responsibility, and peaceful conflict transformation.
I am currently completing a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, while continuing my own journey of personal growth and deepening the knowledge, wisdom, and practical tools that inform and enrich my work.
