Gainesville Nonviolent Communication

We're an authentic group that welcomes all our old and funky habits with a sensitive curiosity about what lies beyond our defenses. Gainesville Nonviolent Communication creates opportunities to practice letting down our guard, to be seen for who we are in all our strengths and weaknesses alike, and be known for what we long for and dream of. It's a place to deepen our skills together, and help create a world where, through empathic listening and honest self-expression, we can build bridges, where our predecessors taught us only to see barriers. Marina and Leif are about creating a new way – and a new world – from Compassionate Communication and beyond. We create space for healing on the individual, interpersonal, and collective levels We practice the art of Nonviolent Communication, as taught by Marshall Rosenberg, that give the tools to lovingly express what's alive in us in order to be truly seen and received, as well as come to understand the true meaning behind others' actions and words. "Out beyond ideas of rightdoing and wrongdoing, there is a field. I will meet you there." RumionviolentCommunication/
