We are excited that you are about to become an official Certified Trainer with CNVC! Please fill out this form to help us complete the final steps and announce you as a new trainer.

The information on this form will only used internally by the Center for Nonviolent Communication for our records, and our relationship with you.

The only exception is question B.1. below, which we will shared with other Certified Trainers and Certification Candidates when we announce you as a new Certified Trainer.
