Account issues

Your password reset will come in an email from cnvc@cnvc.org. Please put this address in your safe/known email contact list so that your email provider doesn't block you from receiving our emails or send them to your spam.

Yes. Once you are logged in, go to Edit Account Settings to update your username, email address, or password.

Your phone number must be entered in the international format +1 800 000 0000, or + country code with sections of numbers separated by spaces (not dashes or periods) to be recognized as a valid phone number on the website.

For CNVC to share your public information, we firstly must have your consent to share your Support Profile information. To grant CNVC consent, edit your profile and opt in to sharing by selecting the option, "Yes, please display the information I supply with the public. I will keep this information up to date."

Review the information in your public Supporter profile and click on the Save button. It may take up to 30 minutes for your information to be displayed.

Most people who made accounts on our website did not use their email address as their username. Enter your username or email address in our “Reset your password” feature . The website will tell you immediately if it does not recognize an account with your information. You can always register a new account by selecting “Subscribe” at the top right of the page or by filling out your information here .

Training

Anyone with an account can post a practice group on our website, but your listing may not appear for one to two business days. What you submit is subject to moderation by the CNVC Staff to prevent our website from being misused.  

Only CNVC Certified Trainers are able to post events to appear on our Training Schedule/Find an NVC Training.  Click on “Training” under the Create options of the Trainer Dashboard and fill out the form.
